Valor Partners announces the placement of Megan Stillerman as Chief Customer Officer at Arcoro, an SaaS company that offers proven modular HR solutions for construction and field-based industries.

In this role, Stillerman will oversee the entire customer experience lifecycle, from initial acquisition through long-term retention and growth. She will be responsible for driving customer-centric strategies, ensuring that Arcoro’s products and services meet the evolving needs of HR professionals and organizations.

With more than 15 years of customer success experience, Stillerman has a proven track record as a dynamic and results-oriented post-sales leader and customer retention expert. Before coming to Arcoro, Stillerman served as the Customer Officer for Miva.
