Our client is privately held, venture backed company with over 400 established clients in their very focused market niche (banks and credit unions). They acquired a company recently which has increased their product offering and created the need to add two (2) new Enterprise Account Managers to go after those existing accounts with the new solutions. The best candidate is a proven Account Manager (farmer) with a track record of working with established clients to ensure they stay committed to the solutions they currently subscribe to while exploring new opportunities for additional revenue generation. An enterprise software background with applications such as Workforce Management, CRM, Employee Self-Service or HCM would all be a good fit. Compensation is market competitive with a 50/50 plan and a targeted base range of $130-$150k. |
