Kent Fisher, as Director of Public Utilities, will lead the sales for the Utilities industry vertical, targeting large utilities providers on the East Coast.</p>
<p>Before joining Tendril, Rich spent several years at Aclara as Sales Director for SmartGrid Technologies. While there he generated over $50 million in contracts and was consistently the top sales executive in the company. Kent was also a Sales Director at Aclara for Utility Solutions where he sold the company’s largest combined Meter Data Management, Customer Presentment/Analytics, and Demand Side Management project to date.</p>

<p>Valor Partners and Aleris are pleased to announce the placement of Brian Hesse as Director of Global Defense Sales. As Director, Brian will head up lead the global sales and business development of Aleris’ defense vertical by coordinating sales and pre-sales team efforts and by continuing to establish Aleris as the go-to supplier of high-performance aluminum armor plates.</p>
<p>Before joining Aleris, Brian served as Director of Global Accouts at Ryerson, a distributor and processor of metals, where he managed a $72 million portfolio and developed partnerships with companies in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and China. Prior to Ryerson he spent time at Alcan Global as Industry Sales Manager where he cultivated sales relationships in the Midwestern and Southeastern United States.</p>

<p>Globe Specialty Metals and Valor Partners announce a new partnership with the placement of Caleb Ebel as Strategic Finance Associate. As Strategic Finance Associate, Caleb will assist in corporate level finance activities, new business development, and significant acquisitions by building financial models, performing cost and variance analyses, preparing cash flow forecasts, and assisting with working capital management.</p>
<p>Prior to Globe Specialty Metals, Caleb spent time at Alcoa where he was a Senior Financial Analyst for the Global Rolled Products vertical. In that role he performed market analysis and participated in the global reorganization effort. Before Alcoa, he worked at KPMG as an Associate in Assurance &amp; Advisory Services.</p>

As Channel Marketing Director, Michael will create, implement, and measure the effectiveness of channel marketing programs in the United States in order to develop new channel partnerships and support GE Healthcare’s channel-related revenue goals.</p>
<p>Prior to joining GE Healthcare, Michael spent over ten years at Microsoft in sales and marketing positions ranging from Solution Sales Specialist to Senior Channel Marketing Manager. While at Microsoft, he helped generate revenue through sales and marketing programs with Microsoft’s channel partners and was consistently recognized as a key player in the channels team.</p>
